BECOMING.
A 12-week journey towards more intentional fatherhood.
There comes a point when thinking about change isn't enough.
You want to understand what's happening, challenge the patterns that no longer serve you and begin doing things differently.
Becoming is a structured coaching experience for fathers who are ready to invest in themselves and the relationships that matter most.
Over 12 weeks, the focus is on reflection, self-awareness, intentionality and meaningful action.
This isn't a program about becoming a perfect father.
It's about developing a clearer understanding of the father you want to be and taking responsibility for becoming him.
Who this is for
- Fathers who sense there is a more intentional version of themselves and want to do something about it.
- Fathers of children at any stage: expecting, raising young kids, navigating the teenage years or rebuilding after separation.
- Men who are willing to be honest with themselves, even when the honesty is uncomfortable.
- Fathers who want structure, reflection and accountability, not a list of parenting tips.
What the experience explores
The work is drawn from four principles. Not weekly modules or a fixed curriculum, but themes we return to as your own journey unfolds.
Purpose
Clarifying the father you want to be: your values, your direction and what you want to pass on.
Presence
Showing up emotionally, physically and consistently, so your children feel seen, heard and understood.
Groundedness
Understanding yourself before reacting, and building the habit of reflection and emotional responsibility.
Responsibility
Taking ownership of your journey: acknowledging mistakes, recognizing your influence and committing to the work.
Why twelve weeks
Real change moves from reflection into practice, and practice takes time. Twelve weeks is long enough to look honestly at where you are, try new ways of showing up and begin making them your own. The details of how the weeks unfold are shaped around you, and we talk through them together in the first conversation.
What makes this different
I am not there to tell a father what kind of father to be. I'm there to help a father clarify and actualize the version he's already trying to become.
This is reflective, intentional work. It isn't about collecting parenting tips or following someone else's formula. It's about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships and the father you want to become.
Honest answers.
Pricing is something we discuss personally in the first conversation. That conversation is relaxed and without pressure, and it exists so we can both decide whether this is the right fit before anything else.
Schedule and format are arranged together in the first conversation, around your life and circumstances. Nothing is set in stone before we've talked.
The experience is structured but shaped around you rather than a fixed weekly curriculum. We explore themes of purpose, presence, groundedness and responsibility as they apply to your own journey. The specifics are something we map out together in the first conversation.
No. Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice or crisis support. It is reflective, forward-looking work focused on your development as a father. Where professional support is the right call, I will always encourage it. In a crisis, call or text 9-8-8 or call 911.
Not at all. Many fathers come to this work from a good place. Wanting to grow does not require something to be broken.
