Craft Your Journey is a small fatherhood coaching practice based in Surrey, British Columbia. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the details you choose to share about your situation, your preferred contact method and, if you choose phone, your phone number.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address.
We do not collect anything else about you, and we do not use tracking tools to follow you around the internet.
Why we collect it
Contact form information is used for one purpose: so Tanguy can read your message and reply to you personally.
Newsletter emails are used to send you occasional writing from Craft Your Journey. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How it is stored
Your information is stored securely by the service providers that run this website and its email systems. Access is limited to Tanguy.
We keep your information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as you remain subscribed.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We never share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
What you share in a message to a coaching practice is treated with care and discretion.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. We will respond to any such request within a reasonable time.
Craft Your Journey operates in British Columbia, Canada, and handles personal information in keeping with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
